~~ Lose 10 pounds by August 31st (I know this will be difficult, and I will be happy with 5 pounds, but would be ecstatic with 10!)
~~ Join Jen with her August Accountability challenge - do the 30 Day Shred everyday in August (I might not do the 30 Day Shred, as my mom still has my DVD, but I am going to do some form of exercise - running, biking, Wii Fit, or go back to the Shrinking Jeans Bootcamp challenges).
~~ Drink more water! When that was the Shrinking Jeans challenge for the week, I rocked it! I need to get back into drinking at least 60 ounces of water per day!
~~ Set up a meal plan and stick with it! I found the following picture on Pinterest, (which I am now in love with, by the way), and instantly loved it! I talked with hubby, and we started making it last night. Hopefully it will be complete to use next week.
