Birthday Party

This year, we decided to have Ethan's birthday at Pump It Up. It was an absolute blast, and the people are very friendly and helpful. When you schedule a party, you get the play area to yourself for 1 1/4 hours. Then, they have you go into the party room, where they have a throne set up for the birthday child. They can't cut the cake, but they did help me serve it. Then, Ethan got up on the throne, and one helper handed him gifts, tracking who gave what, and the other stood on the other side to throw away trash. Jerrod and I were able to sit back, and watch him actually open things, and his face light up when he saw it. It was probably the most relaxed birthday party we have had, even with 11 kids screaming about!

Amanda, the person who took Ethan's 4 year pictures came and brought her son, and took pictures of the party. So, in a couple of days, I should have those edited pictures to post. I actually did not even take my camera inside!! That is amazing for me! But like I said, it was night to just enjoy, relax, and have fun without worrying about capturing memories!
